Job Responsibilities

  • To liaise with clients on their technical requirements before initiating software implementation process.
  • Conduct technical training session for both local and overseas clients via online conference / on-site.
  • To assist clients with level one technical support via email, phone, livechat, Whatsapp group and remote access.
  • Respond to all customer requests for assistance in a professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot for technical issues.
  • Conduct duties assigned by superior from time to time


Job Description

  • To provide internal support for ERP system.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
  • Respond to client calls in a professional manner, providing solutions and advice where appropriate.
  • To assist clients with level one technical support via email, phone, and remote access.
  • Other duties and special tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma/degree in any field of studies, preferably in computer science, business, or related field.
  • Candidate must possess fluent Malay, English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • A fast learner with proactive, team player personality.
  • Experienced in Accounting, ERP Software Support will be an extra credit.
  • Knowledge in SQL Scripting will be an extra credit
  • Knowledge/Exposure to Financial / Basic Accounting and Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
