Job Responsibilities
- To liaise with clients on their technical requirements before initiating software implementation process.
- Conduct technical training session for both local and overseas clients via online conference / on-site.
- To assist clients with level one technical support via email, phone, livechat, Whatsapp group and remote access.
- Respond to all customer requests for assistance in a professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot for technical issues.
- Conduct duties assigned by superior from time to time
Job Description
- To provide internal support for ERP system.
- Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
- Respond to client calls in a professional manner, providing solutions and advice where appropriate.
- To assist clients with level one technical support via email, phone, and remote access.
- Other duties and special tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least diploma/degree in any field of studies, preferably in computer science, business, or related field.
- Candidate must possess fluent Malay, English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
- A fast learner with proactive, team player personality.
- Experienced in Accounting, ERP Software Support will be an extra credit.
- Knowledge in SQL Scripting will be an extra credit
- Knowledge/Exposure to Financial / Basic Accounting and Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
