What services do you provide?         

 As an Odoo partner, we offer customized Odoo system implementations tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. We also provide server packages for clients using the Odoo Community or Enterprise edition, ensuring reliable server support.

What kind of customization services do you offer for Odoo?   

We offer a wide range of customization services for Odoo, including module development, workflow customization, integration with third-party applications, and more. Our goal is to tailor Odoo to meet your specific business requirements.

How long does it take to implement a customized Odoo solution? 

The implementation timeline depends on the complexity and scope of the customization required. After discussing your needs, we can provide a more accurate estimate of the timeline for your project.

What industries do you specialize in for Odoo implementations? 

We have experience working with a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and more. Our team can customize Odoo to suit the specific needs of your industry.

What do your server packages provide?      

Our server packages provide space to run your Odoo system efficiently and reliably.

What are your server package options?      

We offer two main server packages: Starter and Premium. If you have specific requirements, you can also contact us to customize  the  specifications of your server.

What is the difference between the Starter and Premium server packages?

The main difference between the Starter and Premium server packages is the server specifications. The Starter package has lower specifications  and can support up to 5 users. If you require support for more than 5 users, we recommend upgrading to the Premium package.

Can I customize the specifications of my server package?     

Yes, you can contact us to discuss and customize the specifications of your server package to meet your specific needs.

Do you offer server replication services?        

Yes, we offer server replication services to ensure your data is backed up at our disaster recovery center at an additional cost.

Is there a discount for new users?   

Yes, new users will receive a free RM 400 discount coupon on server packages. They can claim to purchase our Starter server package at zero cost.

How can I claim the RM 400 discount?         

The RM 400 discount coupon is automatically given to newly registered users in the system. Users must validate their email and phone number          during registration to activate their coupon.

What happens after I make a payment?   

Once you make a payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you purchased a server package, the email will include your new domain     name, which you set during checkout. Please note that your new domain/environment will be fully prepared within 24 hours of payment.

What are the restrictions for setting a domain name?    

 When setting your domain name, you can use alphabetic characters, numbers, and the symbols (-) and (_). Other characters are not allowed.

Is the server package a subscription service?      

Yes, our server packages are subscription-based. The subscription is yearly based, so after a year, you can consider renewing the server with us or not once it expires.

How can I end my subscription?     

To terminate the subscription, please request our team for server termination.

Can I buy multiple server packages?    

Yes, you can buy as many server packages as you need. However, please note that each server package must be purchased in a separate     transaction.

What happens to my data after subscription termination or expiration?   

Our system will keep your data for about 3 months after subscription termination or expiration. Upon termination or expiration, you will receive an   email notification, and the server will be shut down. Your data will be retained for approximately 3 months before it is deleted if you do not renew   your subscription.

Are external SSH connections allowed to our server?

 External SSH connections are not allowed on our servers.

Do you provide support services for Odoo?  

Yes, we offer various support services for Odoo. Our support services are provided at an additional cost.

How does support by ticket work?  

Support by ticket is charged per hour and is designed to address specific inquiries or issues you may encounter. Each ticket represents a dedicated   hour of support to resolve your query.

What kind of support do you provide after the implementation?    

We offer ongoing support to ensure your system runs smoothly. This includes troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements as needed. Our support can be accessed through our support packages or ticket-based services.

Odoo Community And Enterprise

How can I upgrade from Odoo Community to Odoo Enterprise?     

To upgrade from Odoo Community to Odoo Enterprise, simply go to the App module in your Odoo system and click "Upgrade" on the apps you want to add. A ticket will be sent to our system, and our support team will contact you for further action.

What are the benefits of upgrading to Odoo Enterprise? 

Upgrading to Odoo Enterprise provides access to additional features and modules not available in the Community edition, along with dedicated support and more robust performance. For more information on upgrading and the additional features available in the Enterprise edition, please contact us.

Do you offer training for using Odoo?          

Yes, we provide training at an additional cost, charged per hour. However, you can freely access our video tutorials about the modules on our e-   learning platform.

Can I migrate my existing data to Odoo?   

Yes, we provide data migration services to help you transfer your existing data to Odoo. We ensure a seamless and secure migration process to             avoid any data loss or downtime. This service is provided at an additional cost.

How do you ensure the security of my data?    

We prioritize the security of your data by implementing robust security measures, including encryption, regular backups, and secure server         environments. Our team also follows best practices to safeguard your information.

Can I integrate Odoo with other software I use?   

Yes, Odoo can be integrated with various third-party applications and software. We offer integration services to ensure seamless communication   and data flow between Odoo and your other systems. This service is provided at an additional cost.

What are the payment options for your services?   

We offer various payment options, including bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment gateways. Specific details will be provided during  the invoicing process.

Do you offer a free trial for your services?

Yes, we offer a free trial period for some of our services, including server packages. Contact us for more information about our free trial offers and   how to get started.

What happens if I encounter a problem outside of support hours?     

If you encounter an issue outside of our regular support hours, you can still submit a ticket through our support system. Our team will address your inquiry as soon as possible during the next business day. For urgent issues, we offer emergency support services at an additional cost.
